- Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
To process a return request, customers must provide:
- Order details
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
- Eligibility for Returns
A product may be eligible for return if:
- The item is damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items
Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of pottery products, we may not accept returns for:
- Minor variations in color or design
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process the refund.
Refunds may be issued through:
- The original payment method, or
- Bank transfer if applicable
Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days.
